RMW Ventures brings over two decades of technology sales leadership to every engagement, with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, and revenue-driving execution. Working across established technology organizations and startups through acquisition, we've built GTM motions from scratch, including ICP definition, MEDDPICC qualification, full Salesforce instances, weekly forecast cadences, deal-stage gating, and account planning rhythm that holds up under scrutiny.

Player-coach leadership. We lead from inside the deals our team is running, not from the sidelines. We've built 15-person teams from a near-zero starting point, coached 7-person teams to 300%+ of plan, and personally closed strategic deals while ramping the organization around us.
